Who We Are

Joel Grenier

Owner of ODD JOB GUYS. Joel has always enjoyed building and fixing things. In June of 2005, his dream of owning his own home improvement business became a reality, and ODD JOB GUYS opened. In addition to building and fixing things for others, Joel built the home he’s lived in for the past 20 years and the one prior to that. Over the past ten years he has renovated four rental properties in the Bryant area. He has also served as the Pastor of 65th Street Baptist Church in Little Rock since 1994.

Josh Grenier

Joel's son, works along aside Joel and has been with the business since its start in 2005. Like his dad, he has always had an eye for detail and precision, and he enjoys applying the skills he's learned daily with his work. He also serves as Deacon at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. Josh and his wife Lydia are the proud parents of Benaiah and Melody.

Aaron works as a part-time business consultant for Odd Job Guys, Inc. He designed and manages the company website and assists in strategic and financial planning. Aaron has an MBA and Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and currently works as a financial analyst with Baptist Health. His wife, Audrey, Joel and Linda’s daughter, is a 9th grade English teacher for Benton Junior High School. Aaron and Audrey have two little girls, Everleigh and Emersyn. They attend New Life Baptist Church in Alexander.

Joel's wife, has been working behind the scenes since the company began in 2005. She retired from her position as an elementary music teacher for the Bryant School District in 2008. She currently does the company bookkeeping and payroll as well as managing the Odd Job Guys email correspondence.
